Hello everyone,
there hasn’t been much information from out teams side for some time now, that is due to the political situation in our country (presidential elections and public unrest) and the fact that our students were completing internships this month.
But finally I bring some news!

Today, one of our students held a meeting with a firm that supplies and maintains solar panels at our school, so we finally got some insight on how the future of our project looks like (i.e. Costs, maintenance, size, whether the project is worth it financially).

Our plan is to start out small and only power our Kindergarten building, which is about 17Kw total energy consumption, and then move on to bigger projects from there. Another interesting factor is that this firm also installs water desalination systems, which may be a viable project for the future to supply our school with fresh drinking water even straight from the faucets.
